Paint Lounge Blogger's Night

Happy weekend everyone!

I recently got invited to Paint Lounge Blogger's Night and I would like to share my amazing experience there.

      

Being at Paint Lounge really gives you that chance to fall back into the world of creativity and imagination.  I found that the whole experience was very relaxing and pleasant. I mean, when was the last time you picked up a brush and painted something? For me, my last time was when I was 13. I felt like a kid again just picking up the brushes and draw whatever I feel like. It was very relaxing and fun.

Paint Lounge represents the idea of social painting in a creative and casual atmosphere. They provide you all the arts supplies that you might need from canvas to brushes and other tools. It's an ideal location for a date, birthday party, bachelorette party, team building event, night out, or family day.

It was also very exciting to meet many bloggers in Toronto and some of who I have been a big fan of. I finally got to meet Jess of @jessundecided, miss Nikki of @realestateinstilettos and the lovely Nick from @nick.joly, Rachel of @racheldinh_and many more awesome people there.

     

They also have a small bar where you can order drinks/tea and some snacks.

  

It was absolutely an amazing experience and I am looking forward to coming back here with more friends on a weekend and just let ourselves float with the flow and the creativity vibe around here and...just live a little you know.

1. Apply Eye Base in top and lower eyelids

2. Highlight brow bone with Pressed Eye Shadow in Vanilla, mark crease with Pressed Eye Shawdow in Onyx and blend it out towards the brow bone. Use Pressed Eye Shadow in Vino as a transition colour between previous colors.

3. Place blue-purple eye shadow from the Muse palette on the mobile Eyelid in tap motions. Highlight the inner corner with Pressed Eye Shadow in Pearl. Line top lashes with Gel Eyeliner in Little Black Dress. 

4. Line below lower lashes and waterline with Pressed Eye Shadow in Crystal Blue. Line the outer corner below lower lashes with Pressed Eye Shawdow in Onyx.

5. Add false lashes in #109 & 110

6. Apply Lustrafy High Definition Mascara in Onyx on top and lower lashes

Being Graceful Is The Way to Happiness

I know I usually post all the positive notes and share inspirational stories on Thursday but I think I'll make this Friday an excemption.
Today I got to work and like usual, I opened my youtube channel and browsing for some good stuff to listen to while working on editting some videos for a project I'm working on and I found this video.
Next thing I know, I found tears in my eyes and I decided to do the same. I'm going to call my Mom today :)

You know it's true when they say the only thing people need to know to be happy in life is just being graceful.

Say "Thank You!" to the challeneges life throws at you because that makes you stronger.
Say "Thank You!" to the people who tell you "You can't do this! You can't do that" because that makes you want to try harder and prove them wrong.
Say "Thank You!" to the times someone lets you down because that helps you learn how to stand up faster.
But most important of all, pick you a phone and call the person who has always told you "The world is in your hand! Go and grab it!", the person who has always believed in you when everyone else has doubt, the person who stands by you throughout the ups and downs. Call them and let them know how lucky and happy you are to have them in your life.
