This week Health Tuesday, I will show you guys this one great recipe I found from MichelleMarieFit's website. Check out this website for more tips on how to eat right and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Now, here is a delicious and nutritious smoothie that not only helps you to reduce belly fat, but also is high in anti oxidant which will benefit for your overall health from head to toe.

Let's get started:


Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk plus water to desired consistency
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 frozen banana
1/2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in blender except almonds, add them on top of the smoothie and drink.
